What is a credit and how is it used?
1 credit = 1 question sent to OmniQra. Each question charges 1 credit regardless of how many candidate models run behind the scenes. Unused credits roll over if you have an active plan.
How does OmniSynthesis work?
OmniSynthesis runs your question through multiple AI models in parallel, then merges the best parts into one final answer. You see each model’s response and the synthesized result.
Which models are available?
We rotate premium models from OpenAI and Google Gemini families. The exact lineup updates as new models release — you’ll always see the current set in the model picker.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Subscription plan charges are not refundable, but you can cancel anytime and keep credits until they expire.
Is my data private?
We do not train models on your messages. Conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest, and deleted according to our data retention policy.
How do I change my email or password?
Go to Account Settings → Security. You can update your email (requires re-verification) and reset your password via a secure link sent to your inbox.
