What exactly is one credit?
One credit = one refined answer. Behind the scenes your question is sent to multiple premium AI models (GPT and Gemini) and a synthesizer model reconciles their answers into one refined response. You only pay one credit no matter how many models we consult — though larger prompts may consume additional credits (see below).
Why might a prompt use more than 1 credit?
Larger prompts require more work from every model in the pipeline. Prompts up to ~2,000 characters use 1 credit. Prompts between 2,000–4,000 characters use 2 credits. Prompts between 4,000–6,000 characters use 3 credits. The hard limit per message is 6,000 characters.
What happens if I run out of credits?
On Free, Starter, or Pro you'll be prompted to upgrade or wait for the next reset. On Power you can buy top-up credit packs at any time. We never silently downgrade your answer quality — if you don't have credits, the question simply won't run.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle and don't roll over. Top-up credit packs (Power plan) never expire — they sit in your account until you use them.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade and the new credits are available immediately (we prorate the charge). Downgrade or cancel and your current plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle — no rug-pull.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
The Free plan is the trial — 3 credits every single day, forever, with the full premium AI refinement engine. If those 3 daily answers feel valuable, Starter or Pro will pay for themselves quickly.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final on credit purchases (top-ups and subscription cycles). If you were billed in error, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right. See our policies.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your prompts and answers are never used to train any model — ours or the upstream providers'. We retain chat history only so you can revisit your own conversations, per the retention window on your plan.
