Privacy Policy

OmniQra ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This section explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it when you use omniqra.com or our services.

Information We Collect

  • Account data: name, email address, password hash, profile picture (if provided).
  • Usage data: questions you ask, AI responses generated, credits used, timestamps, device & browser info.
  • Payment data: handled by Stripe — we never store your card number.
  • Technical data: IP address, country, session identifiers for security and abuse prevention.

How We Use Your Data

  • To deliver multi-model AI answers and maintain your chat history.
  • To process payments and track credit balances.
  • To improve our service, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.
  • To send essential service emails (we never spam).
We do not sell your data. We do not train AI models on your conversations. We do not share your prompts with anyone other than the AI providers required to generate your answer.

Legal Basis for Processing

  • Contract: processing required to deliver the service you signed up for.
  • Consent: for marketing emails and non-essential cookies (you can withdraw any time).
  • Legitimate interests: fraud prevention, service security, product improvement.
  • Legal obligation: tax, accounting, and lawful requests from authorities.

Data Transfers Outside the EEA

Some processors (AI providers, Stripe, hosting) may be located outside the EEA. Transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and adequacy decisions to ensure equivalent protection.

Data Retention

  • Account data: kept while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
  • Chat history: stored until you delete it or your account.
  • Billing records: kept for 7 years for legal/tax compliance.
  • Server logs: 90 days then auto-purged.

Terms of Service

By accessing or using OmniQra, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA).
  • One account per person. Keep your password safe — you're responsible for activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate info. We may suspend accounts with false or fraudulent details.

Credits, Plans & Billing

  • 1 question = 1 credit. Free tier includes 3 credits per day.
  • Paid credits and subscription plans are billed in advance via Stripe.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice; existing billing cycles are honored.

Intellectual Property

OmniQra branding, code and design are our property. You own the prompts you submit. AI responses are provided to you under a non-exclusive license to use for personal or commercial purposes — but you're responsible for verifying and how you use them.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account any time from settings.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Credits and subscription payments are non-refundable once purchased.

Credits are digital goods delivered instantly. Each query consumes real compute resources from our AI providers, which we pay for whether or not the answer meets your expectations.

Why No Refunds

  • Credits are delivered instantly and irreversibly.
  • Each query costs us real money in AI provider fees.
  • Our free tier (3 credits/day) lets you fully test the product before paying.

Billing Errors

If you were charged in error due to a system bug (e.g. double-charge), email support@omniqra.com within 14 days. We investigate and, where appropriate, issue credit adjustments — not cash refunds.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds for unused time.

Acceptable Use Policy

To keep OmniQra safe and useful for everyone, you agree not to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing or hateful.
  • Create child sexual abuse material or other illegal content — accounts are permanently banned and reported.
  • Attempt to extract model weights, scrape responses at scale, or reverse-engineer our prompts.
  • Use automated scripts, bots or shared accounts to bypass rate limits and credit usage.
  • Impersonate others, including OmniQra staff.
  • Use the service to generate spam, phishing content, malware, or coordinated disinformation.
  • Violate intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

OmniQra synthesizes answers from multiple large language models. AI is powerful but not infallible.

  • Responses may contain errors, outdated info, or hallucinations.
  • Do not rely on OmniQra for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical decisions without independent professional advice.
  • You are responsible for verifying AI output before acting on it or publishing it.
  • We do not guarantee any specific result, accuracy level or outcome.

Data Security

We take security seriously and apply industry-standard safeguards:

  • TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit.
  • AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest.
  • Passwords hashed with bcrypt — we never see them in plain text.
  • Role-based access controls; least-privilege internal access.
  • Regular security audits, dependency scans and vulnerability patching.
  • Hosted on SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified infrastructure.

In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours as required by GDPR Article 33.

Children's Privacy

OmniQra is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact privacy@omniqra.com and we will delete it promptly.
