OmniQra operates on a pay-per-question credit model. Once credits are purchased and delivered to your account, they are considered consumed and are not refundable under any circumstances.
No Refunds📌 Credit Nature
OmniQra credits are digital tokens used to ask questions to our AI models. Each credit represents one question. Credits are immediately available in your account upon successful payment and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Important: Credits do not expire. You may use them at any time. However, unused credits remain non-refundable.
🚫 Why No Refunds?
We maintain a strict no-refund policy for the following reasons:
- Credits are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment
- Each question triggers real AI inference calls with associated compute costs
- Credits cannot be "returned" or "undone" once issued
- Free tier (3 credits/day) exists for users to evaluate the service before purchasing
⚠️ Exceptions
There are no exceptions to this policy. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated answers
- Unused or partially used credit packs
- Technical issues on the user's end
- Account deletion or suspension due to Terms violations
🔒 Billing Errors
If you believe you were incorrectly charged or overcharged due to a system error (e.g., duplicate charge for a single purchase, charge without credit delivery), contact us within 14 days of the transaction. We will investigate and, if verified, correct the error at our sole discretion. Verified billing errors may be resolved via credit adjustment or reversal — not a cash refund.
📋 Plan Changes
If you upgrade to a higher plan, the new plan takes effect immediately. Downgrading is not supported mid-cycle. Any unused credits from a previous plan remain in your account and are not refundable.

We encourage all users to thoroughly test OmniQra using the free daily credits before making any purchase. The free tier provides 3 credits per day — enough to evaluate answer quality, speed, and relevance for your needs.
Tip: Use your free credits across different question types and topics to ensure OmniQra meets your expectations before buying.
