Cookie Policy

How OmniQra uses cookies and similar technologies. Updated 21 May 2026.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help sites remember your preferences, keep you signed in, understand how you use the service, and deliver a smoother experience. We also use similar technologies like local storage and session storage where appropriate.

Under the GDPR and ePrivacy Directive, we are required to inform you about the cookies we use, explain their purpose, and — where necessary — obtain your consent before placing them on your device.

Consent & Categories

When you first visit OmniQra, you will see a cookie consent banner. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies at any time. Here is how we classify them:

🟢 Strictly Necessary

Essential for the site to function. These cannot be disabled. They include authentication tokens and the consent record itself. Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

🟡 Functional

Remember your preferences and enable features like dark mode and saved settings. Legal basis: Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent anytime via the cookie settings panel.

🟣 Analytics

Help us understand how visitors interact with OmniQra so we can improve performance and content. All data is anonymized/aggregated where possible. Legal basis: Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can opt out without affecting core features.

🔴 Marketing / Third-Party

OmniQra does not use advertising or marketing cookies. We do not track you across the web for ad targeting. Any third-party cookies listed above are strictly for operational functionality (Stripe payments, Intercom support) and are governed by those providers' own privacy policies.
