How We Use Your Data

AI Model Providers
OmniQra acts as an aggregator — your prompts are routed to third-party AI models (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, etc.). Here's how that works:
⚠️ Important: Prompts Leave Our Servers
When you submit a question, it is forwarded to the selected AI model's API. We do not control how those providers store or process your data. Please review the privacy policies of OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic for their specific practices.
- We do not use your questions to train our own models.
- We do not sell or monetize your prompt data.
- We do not share personally identifiable information with model providers beyond what's necessary for the API call.
- We recommend avoiding prompts containing sensitive personal data (SSNs, financial details, health info).
Data Storage & Retention
Where: Account data is stored in secure cloud databases. Conversation history is retained for 90 days to enable the "Recent Conversations" feature.
How long:
- Account data — retained while active. Deleted within 30 days of account closure.
- Conversation history — 90 days, then permanently deleted.
- Billing records — 7 years (legal requirement).
- Analytics / logs — anonymized after 30 days; raw logs deleted after 90 days.
Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and analytics:
- Essential Cookies: Session management, authentication, security. Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics Cookies: Anonymous usage statistics to improve the platform. You can opt out via browser settings.
- Third-Party Cookies: Google OAuth login only. No advertising or tracking pixels.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
- Correction: Update inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: Request account deletion and data erasure ("Right to be Forgotten").
